The tourism industry and more precisely the South East Asian tourism industry is knowing a fast growth since the last few years and during this time appeared a new generation called the Millennials. This new generation is hanging radically the tourism industry as we do know it, bringing new trends, new services and new offers to the market.
In this thesis, we tried to figure out what is the link between the tourism industry in South East Asia and more accurately in Vietnam and the Millennials, their needs, behavior and impact on a destination.
Our researches started with a documentary research to know what research has been done on this subject, then we elaborated a survey that we spread on a representative group of people. Finally, we synthesized our work, analyze it and gave some recommendations.
