Book a box
The XL Library offers three boxes that can be booked online via Affluences.
Boxes are limited to a maximum of 6 people.
For any special event, please contact the librarians at library@excelia-group.com
If the appointment is not honored within the first 15 minutes of the reservation, the box may be reassigned.
Download the Affluence application on the Play Store (Android) or the App Store (IOS).
Without a reservation, we can not guarantee access to the box.
FAQ:
Why can't I reserve with my personal address?
The XL Library only allows reservations with email addresses whose domain name corresponds to Excelia's.
I would like to cancel my reservation, what do I do ?
To do this, simply open the confirmation email you received when you made your reservation and click on "Cancel my reservation".
Why haven't I received my confirmation email?
In 99% of the cases, the problem comes from an error in the indicated email address, either because of a typing error or because the email address is not functional. Remember to check your spam. If after 10 minutes, you still haven't received anything, please send us an email at library@excelia-group.com or call us at 05.46.51.77.94.
Why was my reservation cancelled?
There are 2 possibilities: Either you did not confirm your reservation within 2 hours of your request by clicking on the link "Confirm my reservation" in the confirmation email you received in your mailbox (only for your first reservation). Or your reservation has been cancelled by the library staff. For more information, please contact us by email at library@excelia-group.com.
